Person Comes Back to Health Featured in Changjiang Daily's Science and Technology Innovation Section; Brain-Computer Interface Smart Hospital Becomes a Benchmark of Innovation in Wuhan
The Rehabilitation Center has been featured in the Changjiang Daily's Science and Technology Innovation section
The deep integration of industry, academia and research has yielded fruitful results. The brain-computer interface smart ward has become an innovation benchmark in Wuhan.

Recently, Renla Rehabilitation has been honored in the Science and Technology Innovation column of Changjiang Daily for its continuous innovation in the field of rehabilitation medicine and its deep integration of industry-university-research. As a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized and innovative enterprise in the rehabilitation equipment industry, Renla Rehabilitation, together with Jianghan University's Intelligent Manufacturing College, jointly initiated Hubei Hanjiang Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., has become a model of industry-university-research integration innovation in Wuhan Investment Control Innovation Base. The incubated national first brain-computer interface smart ward has attracted widespread attention.
Having been deeply engaged in the rehabilitation field for 17 years, we have expanded from Guangzhou to the entire country

Ren'ai Rehabilitation was established in 2009. Its headquarters is located in Guangzhou. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized, innovative enterprise. The company adheres to the brand concept of "Rehabilitation brand, trusted Ren'ai", and takes the International Classification of Function (ICF) as the research and development standard. It upholds the product concept of "Warmth, Nature, Harmony", has served over 10,000 medical, elderly care, educational institutions, disability associations and civil affairs institutions across the country, holds more than 100 patents, and has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification.
In 2020, Renhao Rehabilitation and Jiuzhong Medical Devices Group jointly established the Hubei Jiuzhong Renhao Factory, forming a national layout of "3 major R&D centers, 2 major production bases, and 1 major marketing center". In 2024, it will jointly build the Wuhan Concept Validation Center with Jianghan University; in 2025, it will complete the brand image renewal and upgrade, and the first brain-computer interface smart ward in Wuhan will be implemented, and Hanjiang Robotics will be established; in 2026, the brain-computer interface electric bed will obtain the Wuhan Science and Technology Assistance for Disability Innovation Promotion Project and the honor of the new generation intelligent terminal products in artificial intelligence medical field of Wuhan.
Deep integration of industry, academia and research to create an innovation chain

At the Wuhan Investment Control Science and Technology Innovation Base, a "university research - concept verification - enterprise incubation - industrialization implementation" innovation chain of产学研 (education-research-industry-application) is running smoothly. The Hanjiang Robot representative, jointly initiated by Ren Laibang Rehabilitation and Jianghan University's Intelligent Manufacturing College, relies on Jianghan University's (Hanyang) industry-university-research-application base, focusing on the fields of intelligent manufacturing and medical engineering intersection, has taken a distinctive development path of "deep integration of education, research, industry and application".
Hanjiang Robot was established in 2025, focusing on the research, production and industrialization implementation of intelligent rehabilitation equipment. The company is located in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Building in Hanyang District, Wuhan. With the mission of "enabling health through technology and driving the future with innovation", its strategic directions cover three major fields: elderly medical intelligent equipment, wearable intelligent equipment, and motion rehabilitation intelligent robots.
Unlike the traditional "university provides technology, enterprises provide funds" model, the collaborative research and development here exhibits three distinct characteristics: The research and development source is deeply rooted in universities. The Hanjiang Robot was initiated jointly by Hanjiang University's Intelligent Manufacturing College and others, rather than a simple technology licensing relationship; The entire process is closed-loop, with three core technology platforms covering the complete technical chain from perception - decision-making - execution - data application; Clinical scenario-driven, the construction of the brain-computer interface intelligent ward directly takes clinical needs as the starting point, ensuring that the research outputs have practical value that can be implemented and promoted.
The flagship achievement has been realized, and the brain-computer interface smart ward leads innovation
The flagship achievement of the industry-university-research cooperation - the brain-computer interface intelligent ward system, is the first innovative project to be implemented in Wuhan across the country. This system uses the electric bed as the sole core diagnostic and treatment platform, integrating all functions such as brain signal acquisition, vital sign monitoring, human-computer interaction, intelligent care, and data management onto the bed. It enables continuous, non-invasive, and precise brain diagnosis and rehabilitation monitoring for bedridden patients 24 hours a day.
